Pedregal's newest and brightest five-star villa is the magnificent four master bedroom, five bath Casa Miguel. The Home is 6200 sq Ft. With it's sweeping views of the ocean and the Cabo Marina from every room, Casa Miguel sits on the hills of Pedregal and yet is only a five minute walk to down town Cabo San Lucas. Once in Cabo, you can enjoy beautiful beaches and water sports, fabulous restaurants, some of the best golfing in the world, nightclubs, and world class fishing. You will find Casa Miguel perfect for lazy days of sunning, swimming and sipping margaritas. There are plenty of ways to relax in the private jacuzzi, infinity pool or for others, the theater room. The spacious living areas are open and elegant, the gourmet kitchen is completely equipped, and the dining area seats all in elegant comfort. Each master-bedroom suite comes with its own 42" or 50" plasma TV. All four suites have cathedral ceilings and are tastefully decorated by the DM Design Group. The extensive patios and entertainment areas includes a stainless built-in gas barbecue and beautiful lounge chairs. Casa Miguel was perfect for my bachelorette weekend! Mike was super responsive leading up to the trip and when we arrived Fernando took care of everything we needed from questions about the property to helping us organize meals with the private chef (highly recommend!). The neighborhood was very safe as well. I would highly recommend this property!

I was a really nice stay. The concierge that comes with the place is excellent. The house could use a door lock that is set by code and not a key.

The location is good. You can walk almost anywhere in downtown Cabo saving a substantial amount of money in uber fees. The house was bare bones. Not many amenities. The master shower was unusable... we took a shower on the main floor because the pressure was so bad. The pool was just OK. If you are going to rent this house it is because you want to be really close to the action. I would not rent if you are used to high end properties. If you are there and plan to use it primarily as a place to stay and head out from there, it is perfect.
