This three-bedroom beachfront condo at Terrasol Beach Resort sleeps eight and sits steps from Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas. Three bedrooms, three private bathrooms, and space to spread out. The first bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and patio access with ocean views. The second bedroom also features a king bed with the same cooling options and direct patio access. The third bedroom offers two queen beds, ideal for kids or friends sharing, plus its own ensuite and patio access. Room-darkening curtains in every bedroom mean you can sleep in as late as you like.
Living, Dining & Kitchen
The open-concept living area is filled with vibrant Mexican décor and artwork, and flows straight onto the patio through floor-to-ceiling glass doors so you're never far from that ocean breeze. Sink into the sofas for a movie night on the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table for a meal. The full kitchen has everything you need — dishwasher for easy cleanup, blender for margaritas, coffee maker for early risers, and a stove and oven when you'd rather cook than go out. There's a second dining table on the patio if you prefer to eat outside.

You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!
Getting Around:
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:
You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):
1-2 people: $19.50/night
3-4 people: $24.50/night
5-6 people: $29.50/night
7 + people: $35.50/night
Booking Requirements:
- Must be 18+ to book
- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation
- Please have your ID ready for check-in
- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met
- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors
- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)
- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors
- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
