The private 2100+ square foot villa offers beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. The Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks, a sitting area with a balcony entrance as well as a TV/VCR/DVD/WIFI. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a full bath off the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex. My wife and I brought our family (5 kids!) to Cabo for the week before Christmas. We were very excited about this trip for months and every expectation was met! The villa is amazing and the entire stay at VLE was terrific! The pools and hot tubs are terrific, the gym on property was perfect, the beach is beautiful with amazing views. We could go on and on... from the on-site grocery store and cafe to everything listed above, this place is luxury an convenience at its finest. Also, we did tons of excursions and each was a blast - whale watching, zip lining, snorkeling, and swimming with dolphins! We will definitely be coming back!
