Breakfast was very good, but I might find it too much the same every day if I stayed a week. I liked the dining/sitting room, very comfortable and nice to chat with others. The water was hot and not noisy. Coffee in the room is an essential for me - and it was there. Best of all was having friendly and conversable hosts.
The fire doors were weighty and awkward at the top of the stairs, but I suppose they have to be.

Beautiful and convenient location, clean & comfortable rooms, & the buffet breakfast was fantastic! The flexibility to give me an extra room at the last minute was most appreciated. Thanks & happy winter!
