The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Saint Germain sur Ay (Cotentin - Manche -Normandie)
Sandy beach (fishing at low tide, supervised swimming).
8 minutes walk from the grocery store, bakery, butcher, restaurant, bar, cabaret, entertainment in summer.
100 km from Mont Saint Michel, 45 km from the landing beaches (Utah Beach - D-Day beaches) 75 km from Bayeux.
