Everything was First Class. The property is furnished with the finest of amenities. High quality beds and linens, firm and soft pillows, quality breakfast delivered to your room (no common eating area with prefab food), fantastic grounds to walk and explore, world-class equestrian stables and horses to admire, close to all D-Day sites (centered between Omaha and Utah beaches), in the country, but not far from restaurants, shopping and gas. The staff, and especially the on-site manager Carole are warm, welcoming and available for any needs. Our room had a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, milk, cheese, and with cooking oil and seasonings. We visited during the off-season, and the rates were unbelievably low for the accommodations we had. It's a shame I cannot rate this higher than ten. I highly recommend this place!
Absolutely nothing... except the occasional rain. :-)

Beautiful location on a horse farm, protected by entrance gates. Not too far from Normandy beaches and Mont St Michel. Very spacious; lovely open room for a large group to eat, talk, relax. Each of the 4 bedrooms was en-suite. Comfortable bed, nice towels and sheets. We arrived very late (due to French air traffic strikes), and the staff was gracious and helpful nonetheless. There was a proper kitchen, with everything you could need - and the table was set nicely, plus a basket of fruit, fresh eggs and bread. I’ve stayed in probably 100 hotels on Booking.com alone, and this ranks in the top.
Nothing - and this is rare for me.

Wonderful stay. Bread, croissants, fruit, and other goodies as arrival gift were fantastic after a day of travels into Normandy. The grounds are amazing!

Situated in the most idyllic countryside, we found the holiday house even more beautiful than in the pictures! The interior was flawlessly designed and executed, everything was very clean and a lot of thought had been put into the details. The garden was wonderful and we enjoyed walking around in it. The views over the surrounding countryside were stunning and the horses grazing the paddocks were a lovely bonus.
We found everything we needed, the kitchen was also very well-equipped. The nearest supermarket was 10 minutes drive away.
The staff was very kind and helpful and we enjoyed the visit to the stables to see the horses.
We wish to be back someday!
Only good things to say, we cannot fault this place!

Such a beautiful place to stay in the countryside of Normandy. Very comfortable and amazing value for cost. Beautifully decorated and so much better than what we were expecting. Would stay again and recommend it in a heartbeat. Appreciated the bottle of cider and breakfast left for us. Easy to communicate with hosts.
Nothing not to like.

This was the best stay of a two week trip through France. The lodging and property were wonderful. Carol and the staff made us feel very welcome and at home. That aside, the horse farm itself and property are fabulous to walk and see. We will go back and highly recommend to others.

We found the curtains instead of doors to the bathrooms a little inconvenient.

The location is stunning and perfect for a family holiday. It was wonderful for to see the horses in the fields outside our gite and the equestrians training the horses. The gite is well equipped with BBQ and even bikes you can freely use.

Fantastic for kids - they can play outside, with sweet dogs, lots of horses around and a safe and beautiful parc, were they can run freely. No noise, huge gite with a big kitchen , very kind host ( thank you Caroline for taking good care of us)!

This place is magic! What a great idea to create a place to stay in the middle of a horse farm. We are very found of horses, so when we found this place and saw the pictures, we were in awe. And in reality it was even more stunning. The staff was amazing: super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was heavenly: we could even choose between 3 menus. The fact that they bring your breakfast to the cottage at the requested time, is super practical. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very authentic. We also got a free tour in the stables and everyone was super nice. And waking up to the sound of horses, playing with the many dogs on the property and being able to walk freely along the pastures, was a perfect beginning of our day. We didn't get the chance to meet the owner, but we did have a chat with her parents who were wonderful people. We will definitely come back when we are in the region!
We stayed in "Le Parisien". The only thing that I was a bit missing, are a towel rack and a shelf in the bathroom (to put your toiletries). But the bathroom was very small, so you have to be creative to fit that in. ;-)

Beautiful spacious holiday home. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, bin liners, dish washer tablets, etc. in the house. Very practical!
The creaky double bed would wake you when you turn.
