It was clean

Too close to the main road I didn’t sleep because of the noise, parking was on a shopping centre car park and could get our bags up to the apartment because there were stairs and they were narrow. We are grandmothers and found this place difficult to get our bags into the apartment.

Clean but no hot water and a lot of small downsides.

The apartment was really clean. The location was ok.

We had no hot water and the host was unresponsive after check-in. There was no blackout curtain in 1 of the bedrooms (it was in the corner of the room, I guess broken..). The apartment is also next to a really busy road so a lot of noise during the night. No clear instructions what to do with the garbage. All small things (except for the hot water). You pay a lot of money so you expect at least hot water. I know things can happen but at least you expect a responsive host to help.

It will be really nice if they replace the mattresses it’s just the Costco Casper mattress and put top sheets on the bed and gave you wash clothes the shade above the middle bedroom does not work
