Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

Our stay at Adagio and specifically B201 was wonderful! I received a call about 1hr before check in stating the property was ready. Very spacious condo for being 4 bedrooms and felt much bigger than I expected. The balconies are huge and the view from the second floor was perfect. Easy access to everything and such a great location within Blue Mountain beach making it easily accessible to both RedFish Village area and Shunk Gulley area. The only complaint I have was regarding the bikes. We tried 3 times and no one was present. When we called they stated the two bikes were for adults only (it was me and my two children staying for the most part). They were out of bikes their size to rent. They promised a call back to secure them from another spot or another day and I never heard back. We were looking forward to being able to ride bikes to the ice cream shop and bakery etc. Otherwise, the condo itself was clean and had everyhting we could've needed!

The condo is right on the beach with everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. There was plenty of room for our group with space for all (6 adults and 2 children under 10). The property is very clean and the pools are exceptional. Within short walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

Our family of nine absolutely loved the condo and the location.Your Friend at the Beach was a great company to rent from. Communication was fantastic. They provided a lot of extras that you don't usually get when you stay somewhere. I highly recommend Adagio and your friend at the beach!!

Very pretty condo with space to spread out and some extra features that were very thoughtful (like dishwasher pods and detergent pods, so we didn’t have to buy a box for the 3 times we needed them.) Great location with easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and other amenities. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
