Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Plenty of space for our family of five. Clean and just as described/pictured. Kids loved playing soccer, football, and volleyball on the lawn. Heated pool and stairs to beach were right outside back door. Didn’t have a chance to use the complementary bikes but would have if we had come during a warmer season. Always love the Adagio!

First time staying at the Adagio. The property is great. The two pools are really nice and well kept. Our ground floor unit - beachfront was great! The kids were able to play in the grass and go to the pool/ beach easily. I would recommend this unit. Cons: cell service poor due to building being made of concrete, so the WiFi has to be really good or you have trouble making calls sometimes. The description said there was tennis but there is not- they just send you some places you can go down the road. Our only real issue with the unit was there was some trash under the living room furniture left from a previous renter.

Overall a nice unit. Ice maker was great. A lot of other great things especially not having to deal with an elevator. Sliding door however was ridiculously hard to slide. I emailed Your Friend at the Beach and no response.
