Your Friend at the Beach is proud to present Adagio A402, one of our five-star, Gulf-front vacation rentals in Blue Mountain Beach. Perfect for families and groups, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath luxury condo offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and full access to Adagio’s resort-style amenities.
Located between two of our other premium condos (A401 & A403), Adagio A402 is ideal if you’re traveling with friends or extended family.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

The condo was amazing in every way! We had originally booked in Destin, but had to reschedule and Nancy was just amazing! The condo was very spacious and well appointed. It smelled so nice and clean when we arrived. There were five of us and we had plenty of space. The beach was beautiful(other than some June grass)and was only a short walk over to the stairs. The stairs were a little bit of a challenge for my 84 year old Mom, but we seen this in the pictures and were aware. The property had gas grills that we used several nights and we also took advantage of the two free bikes. We had a wonderful time and hopefully will be back next year.

We travel to Blue Mountain Beach for our family vacation every year and have been staying at the Adagio for at least 10 years. Although the development has “tired” a bit several of the units have been updated and A402 is one of them. It was immaculate and the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. The property management company, Your Friend At The Beach, is exceptional and very accessible if needed for anything. We loved it so much we have already booked it for next year and cannot wait to return!!
