Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect spot!! Only steps away from the beach, you can get the most out of your vacation. The complex is also loaded with an exercise room and massive pools. We have been here the past two years, and there is never much of a crowd. So you feel like you have it to yourselves. The condo is modern, clean, and VERY spacious! The management company is professional and accommodating. They call us to let us know they cleaned the condo early and we could check in. They called to see if they could provide anything else. Very kind and helpful! We can’t wait until next year!

Overall the unit was good. However the TV’s in the bedroom need to be upgraded. Old technology and 2 of them never really worked.
