Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

This was our first time using YFAB and staying at Adagio and I can safely say it won't be the last. This condo was by far the best kept place we've ever stayed on 30A. Having some of the basics in place made it even better (hand soap, dishwasher pods, etc.) The grounds were always very clean and having multiple pools plus the beach right there took it to the top of our list. Sadly we aren't coming to 30A next summer, but we are already planning our return in 2027.

Only bad thing- Hard to figure out which light switches turned on which lights. One light from one bedroom seemed to be connected to a remote in another room

My family and I loved staying in this condo on Blue Mountain Beach! We were extremely pleased with how updated this condo was and nicely decorated. My kids kept saying how luxurious it was. We often used the fitness center and took advantage of the included two bikes. We continue to miss being there and would love to return. Also, the management team answered my questions and were great to work with.
