This four-bedroom plus bunk room condo is designed for families and groups to gather in comfort:
Primary Suite: King bed, private bath with walk-in shower, jetted tub, double sinks. Large walk-in closet (fits the provided Pack ’n Play). Desk in primary bedroom for working vacations.
Second Bedroom: King bed with connecting bathroom to third king bedroom.
Third Bedroom: King bed with connecting bathroom to second bedroom.
Fourth Bedroom: Two queen beds with a connected bathroom (also opens to hallway).
BONUS Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids.
Each bedroom is outfitted with 100% cotton linens, Smart TVs, and bedside charging stations
Bathrooms feature plush 100% cotton towels, shower soap, hand soap, and hair dryers.

Important Notes
HOA Rules: Maximum 10 guests (children under 2 not included). No pets, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers. No tents or canopies on the beach.
Age Requirement: Renter must be 25+ (no chaperoned groups).
Beach Chair Service: Available for an additional fee; personal chairs/umbrellas are limited. Booking early is strongly recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

Condo was nice with the exception of the back door having no handles and no way to lock the door. Property company notified me the day we checked in, I communicated about it as well, worried because we couldn’t lock it, but nothing was ever done. They kept saying they were waiting for their third party to contact them.

Came down for a fund raiser for Down syndrome adults. The gala was wonderful and got to spend a couple days with old friends.

The condo was in a perfect location with the pool right outside, the walk to the beach only a few steps away and the 3 tiered pool less than a 2 minute walk. Fitness center was also only a few steps away.
The AC units are right outside the door and they put off a LOT of heat and a fair amount of noise. Air conditioning in the condo couldn't be put lower than 72, and it struggled to keep up with the heat. I understand it is Florida in July and going to be incredibly hot and humid, but the AC not keeping up made for a couple of uncomfortable nights.
Condo was very well stocked as far as kitchen supplies. Everything was clean and kept up well.
My family is already discussing staying here again.

It was a beautiful location, view and home. Walk to ice cream shop and local restaurants. Convenient right next to pool.
