10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
The location for this property can’t be beat! We loved being right by the pool with the beautiful ocean view. Perfect for my elderly parents to be able to enjoy the view and listen to the ocean. It was also very easy to get down to the beach and the chair service was excellent. Two things to note - if you want chair service, order in advance. All of the front row seats were taken. If you like to cook bring a 12 inch frying pan. It was hard to cook for 9 with smaller pans. Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked.Property management company could have been better. The floors were not super clean when we checked in. Also, the toilet handle in one of the bathrooms broke on the next to the last day and property management never called us back about fixing it. Overall, we definitely hope to come back!!!

Great pools!
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2025
Condo was nice with the exception of the back door having no handles and no way to lock the door. Property company notified me the day we checked in, I communicated about it as well, worried because we couldn’t lock it, but nothing was ever done. They kept saying they were waiting for their third party to contact them.

Came down for a fund raiser for Down syndrome adults. The gala was wonderful and got to spend a couple days with old friends.
