The location was amazing, easy walk to both new and old towns in Edinburgh. The accommodation was clean and spacious.
The noise was a bit off putting. Down stairs businesses putting glass in bins at 4am woke us up most mornings. Block out curtains in the bedroom would have been great as the room was very light.

I did not have a lot of interaction with the staffs as the instructions were very clear from what they have provided. I believe they will be helpful in case of any issues. Location was superb, 10 mins walk to old town and in the heart of Princes st, you could not ask for more. The room was nice and tidy, it had everything we need.

Location of the flat was excellent and it was a good size with a comfy bed.
Kitchen wasn't well equipped at all. We tried to cook a bacon roll. No bread knife. No frying pan. No oven pan. Oven shelf was broken. And worst of all, we burned our hands on the stylish but ultimately useless kettle.
