The way you should get the key. The absence of a microwave oven. The absence of hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, bathrobes, etc. The absence of hairdryer socket in the bathroom. There is just 1 glass for water in the kitchen. The wardrobe is occupied by different stuff so it’s impossible to use it. Besides, there's an unpleasant smell there because of the doormat.

Fantastic location right in the middle of all the centrally located attractions. Very comfortable with all the mod cons.

One of the windows couldn’t be covered completely and let in a lot of light late at night and early in the morning. Small thing but made it difficult to sleep.

Very nice location and the flat was beautiful inside. Nice, new kitchen and bathroom. Rental company was always able to quickly respond.

There was a lot of noise coming from the cocktail bar below that lasted until late at night. This made it impossible for us to sleep, even with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones. The door of the flat next door was loud and, since the bed is beside the door, we also experienced a lot of noise from neighbors entering and leaving. The building itself is not really well taken care of. Also, there were too many upselling communications from the rental company (“book your JOIVY transfer” and “discount code for luggage storage”) that felt too pushy. Finally, there is a large window in the living room/bedroom that doesn’t have a shade, so the room was already fully lit at 6:30am.

Great central location right on George Street. Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed, kitchenette if you want to do any self catering.

A lot of noise from the bar below on Friday and Saturday night (background music beat, not voices and screeching) Windows are filthy so it looks like it’s raining even when it’s not!
