This modern and cosy apartment is located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, surrounded by an array of shops and mouth-watering restaurants right at your doorstep.
The charming one-bedroom apartment, ideal for up to 2 guests, features a king-size bed and is beautifully decorated with touches of Scottish charm. The spacious bedroom offers a view of the lively Hanover Street, while the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area create a bright, airy atmosphere. The comfortable couch is perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal on nights when you prefer to stay in.
The modern bathroom is a standout feature, offering both a bath and a walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after your adventures in the city.
PLEASE NOTE: The jacuzzi function of the bath is not unavailable.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, please note that there are a few steps leading up to the entrance from the street.

Our check-in process is straightforward and flexible—self-check-in is the only option, with a key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Although we do not offer parking, paid public parking can be found on nearby streets.
Please note a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in, no money is actually charged but there is a pre-authorization of 1 euro, this is not applicable for Airbnb bookings.
Please note: a Visitor Levy set by the local council applies to overnight stays in this area and is included in your total booking price. In Edinburgh this is 5% of the accommodation cost per night, applied to the first 5 nights of your stay. It appears as a separate line in your price breakdown — there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.

Everything was amazing, location, cleanliness, modern kitchen and bath. The only drawback was the European size king bed which is more like an American Queen size. So for a 6’5 and 5’8 size couple it was a bit tight. But lovely place.

Getting a little tired. The approach/front door quite dirty and door needs repainting. Windows unclean. Wifi was a bit slow.Great location and the bones of a flat in the New Town always going to be amazing. The amenities in the flat - iron/washing machine/drying rack all appreciated.
