18 Southtown is a ground floor apartment located in Dartmouth, Devon. All rooms are located on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms; one double with en-suite shower room and WC and one twin. There is a separate bathroom with bath and basin and a separate ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a living and dining room. Outside has a rear courtyard area for access. 18 Southtown is the perfect getaway for couples or walkers looking to enjoy the South West Coast Path.
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, TV with BluRay and WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Rear courtyard area. No pets. Strictly No Smoking. No children under 7 years old, however babes in arms are allowed. A parking permit for use in the town centre car park in an unallocated space is provided until the 12th July 2026.
After that the permit provided will allow parking at
• Mayors Avenue Car Park: Between the hours of 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. ONLY from 25 May to 1 September.
• Mayors Avenue Car Park: No time restriction from 2 September to 24 May
• Dartmouth Park and Ride Car Park: All day – any time.
