18 Southtown is a ground floor apartment located in Dartmouth, Devon. All rooms are located on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms; one double with en-suite shower room and WC and one twin. There is a separate bathroom with bath and basin and a separate ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a living and dining room. Outside has a rear courtyard area for access. 18 Southtown is the perfect getaway for couples or walkers looking to enjoy the South West Coast Path.
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, TV with BluRay and WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Rear courtyard area. No pets. Strictly No Smoking. No children under 7 years old, however babes in arms are allowed. A parking permit for use in the town centre car park in an unallocated space , or the Park and Ride is provided. The permit is valid in The Mayors Avenue car park 24 hours a day, except between 25th May 2027 – 1st September 2027 when it is only valid between 3.00pm and 10.00am [the following day] and Regatta week. The permit is instead valid in the Park and Ride car park at the top of town during Regatta weeks and for 24 hours a day between the 25th May –1st September. Shop 5 mins walk and pub 3 mins walk
