Surf Side Shores #1606 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. No sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

Amazing view of the beach and location! Easy check in and check out process. Loved that it had 3 separate bedrooms with a bathroom in each room. Bathrooms were very clean. Seemed to have everything you would need as far as for cooking, utensils, etc. The place did what we needed it to do but probably wouldnt stay there again due to the following.
Place is in desperate need of an upgrade. The couch and chairs are super old and i put sheets down in order to sit/lie down. The furniture did not look very clean at all- lots of stains etc. Also when you got out of the shower and stepped on the carpet in the bedrooms your feet would instantly become dirty. The carpet needs replaced. I also didnt like that you couldnt communicate with a live person- you had to text them.
