Edgewater 52 is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo on the 5th floor that offers a spacious floor plan with open rooms and magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Decorated in an upscale yet comfortable décor the condo offers a flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room and a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area table seats four with room for two additional diners at the breakfast counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and white cabinetry and appliances. The living dining kitchen and hallway floors are tiled throughout.
The primary bedroom features a King size bed flat screen television with DVD player and access to the gulf front sunroom. The primary bath offers a custom tiled step-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen television and DVD player. The unit also has a convenient stacked washer and dryer. Catch a beautiful sunrise with your morning coffee from the one-of-a-kind Gulf front sunroom that is accessible from the living room and primary bedroom. The entire south wall of the condo is full-length sliding glass doors which open to this spacious enclosed sunroom and overlooks Alabama's white sandy beaches and mesmerizing waters of the Gulf coast.
Edgewater is located directly on the beach and is centrally located in Gulf Shores so you are only minutes away from the best dining shopping and local attractions and activities. Just one mile west of the "T" intersection of Gulf Shores Parkway Hwy 59 & Beach Boulevard 182. One famous "beach side café" is only a half mile walk down the beautiful beach from Edgewater. Enjoy free WIFI and an outdoor swimming pool!
This non-smoking property is available for monthly rentals November to March 1. Two (2) car maximum allowed. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

The condo was good. Kitchen is well stocked but unorganized. The TVs were not easy to use so bring a teen to help. The master bed needs to be replaced. We kept rolling into each other. Lots of storage! The second bed was much more comfortable. The AC would not get the indoor air temp below 74 during the hot part of the day. It did reach 71 after the sun went down and it was comfortable enough to sleep with a fan. The master toilet has a round seat instead of the oblong that it needs. There is an ottoman cushion missing on the balcony. One of the large eyes on the stove needs to be replaced. We would recommend but would probably wait for fall or spring until the AC is repaired or replaced. We did not spend much time indoors. Balcony furniture is older but sufficient.

We have used this condo at least 5 times & it has many things we like. The overall condition of the unit is Not what it used to be under previous owner though. A good wall cleaning or fresh paint will help. I'm not sure i would recommend to a friend as it is now.

Disappointed that the property didn't have a hot tub or beach chairs/umbrellas to rent.
In room, recommend leave more trashbags. Maybe have lighter or matches.
