Located directly on the beautiful white beaches with amazing views of the Gulf of America. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner unit is located on the 7th floor. Enjoy the spacious room with two master bedrooms with king beds and a private balcony. Included in the remodel were new cabinets, granite, stainless steel appliances, and new bedding. The guest room has a queen-size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Located one mile west of Hwy 59, the complex is convenient to all restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
A stacked washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Free high-speed internet access via wi-fi is included and cable. Amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.
The complex has two pools, one heated during cooler months, and two kiddie pools. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!
We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.
* Beach service available for chairs and umbrellas rentals.
*A security guard is on duty for your safety. You will purchase a parking pass on-site with the guard. The cost is $30 for 14 days and $40 for up to 30 days. A new parking pass must be purchased every 30 days.
* The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

This place is all about the location with a fantastic view. It’s great because it’s a 3-3 with king beds. Dishwasher powder was provided as well as all kitchen items. There is laundry in the condo which is great if you need it. The property manager was very responsive. It was clean overall, but mirrors and windows need a good clean. I didn’t bother contacting her regarding this issue because it didn’t affect our stay. The primary toilet has flushing issues so be aware of that.

The condo was well-suited for my two teenage daughters and me for a low-key spring break getaway. Access to the beach is hard to beat! The keyless entry was nice and we had good responsiveness from the host. The complex has two buildings so adding to the listing which building the unit is in would be helpful (it is the building further west). The building has some age to it, as does the condo, so be prepared for that. The balcony overlooking the water is lovely but, due to the building next door extending out closer to the ocean than this building, the view is only one way looking east, so you don't get good sunset views unless you go down to the beach. This condo is a 7th floor corner unit, and it is in the western-most corner closest to the protruding building next door. The beds were all nice size, but the beds were not overly comfortable. All were very firm... so good if that's your thing. The pool area was nice and the gangway to the beach was well-equipped with several foot wash stations. With the condo being a mile or more from the public beach access, the beach in front of the condo never felt too crowded, which was really nice. You can walk for miles in either direction. We appreciated having tvs and bathrooms in each bedroom, though the bathrooms were quite small. Decent value for the price. Cleanliness was not sufficient with several issues reported to the owner.

There are 3 bathrooms, which is great. However, one is a garden tub; one has tub/shower, but no shower curtain liner, one is a stand alone shower. The toilet was flushing oddly and ended up stopping up in the main bathroom and we couldn't use it for 24 hrs. There were TWO plungers in that bathroom, so maybe happened before?
You can tell one of the toilets and the thermostat were replaced, but paint hasn't been touched up around them. I got responses to text REALLY quick. Parking is $30 per car, which is a little high for just 3 days, but it was noted on VRBO.VERY close to beach. Love the french doors instead of slider also.
