Surf Side Shores #2401 is an east corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 4th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. Surf Side Shores 2401 has recently been updated with new furniture, lamps, bedding, accessories, and TVs and has been freshly painted throughout. The balcony has new tile and new balcony furniture. The condo has a fully equipped renovated kitchen with granite countertops with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with granite countertops with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The updated gulf-side master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an updated en suite bathroom with a custom tiled shower and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with a custom tiled stand-up shower. Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

Everything was nice and clean. My only suggestions would be to have new towels. The current ones are rough when drying off with a sunburn and some have stains. Bigger TVs in bedrooms would also be nice.

Our recent stay at Surf Side Shores was absolutely wonderful. The unit was well equipped, everything was operational & clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting. We were conveniently located to quite a few great restaurants. (We ate at one and ordered a meal to go so we wouldn't have to leave the unit the next day - we were totally content to stay at and in the condo.) Weather was ideal. We will definitely consider staying there again. The staff (guard?) and maintenance worker were also friendly.

The customer services from Gulf Shores Rentals Inc was great. From entering the door to pick up information and getting the maintenance for a toilet issue. We were somewhat disappointed in the condo as it needed some maintenance attention. For one the rubber around the dishwasher was completely off and needed some attention before using the dishwasher. The doors from the living room going out onto the deck was impossible to open and keep shut (this was a all week adventure of getting in and out of the glass doors, and the wifi was very weak and little to no connection on our phones and the use of the TV's in the bedrooms were non existing due to lack of wifi. I did enjoy the view, watching the dolphins and the condo was very clean.
