Surf Side Shores #1701 is an east corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 7TH floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have King beds and the third bedroom has a queen. All rooms have ceiling fans, TV with Blueray DVD. Sleeps 8.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

Location great. Actual unit is ok. Outdated and the master bathroom is not very user friendly. But overall great place.

Faucet in tub front bathroom needs to be fixed. Had trouble trying to get it regulated. Knob was not working right.
Condo was clean and everything was as the ad said. Very pleased with it and the location.

Our rental was a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo. While the location to the beach was fantastic, the rental property itself needed quite a few updates. For the price you pay for your stay, the interior needs to be improved. We won’t be staying at this particular unit but will stay at Surf Side again. The checkin/check out process was very easy.

I have stayed at this property several times and I have never given a bad review. The unit I stayed in needs a very thorough cleaning and updating. Furniture in living room needs cleaning. Great location and spectacular views.
