About this apartment rental
Ocean House #1206 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and shower and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. Sleeps 8
Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Our family stayed at Ocean Fronts Condominium on June 30th through July 5th 2025 and we had a wonderful time. The Condo was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and we will definitely be returning next year. Thanks😘

Condo location is great! Overall, our stay was great and will come back. The condo does need to update a few things. The stove, AC unit and master bath needs updating. It has a tub (garden)/shower combo, but water goes everywhere on the floor. We called maintenance and they never showed up to fix AC.

Great location! The condo was alittle out dated (primarily the bathrooms) but very clean! Would stay again.

The condo was nice but the shower head in the front bedroom needs to be replaced and it would’ve been nice to have more outdoor seating options for the balconies. The current furniture is outdated and not very comfortable. Also, I would suggest providing a pitcher so guests can make lemonade or sweet tea. The condo sleeps more like 7 rather than 8. The pull out couch was very small for two people to use. My son said that he found sand in his bed the first night. Overall, we had a great time. The check in/check out was very simple and the location on the beach was great!
