Surf Side Shores #1604 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped custom designed kitchen with washer and dryer. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. Both bathrooms newly remodeled Jan '26 (pictures pending). King, King, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 6.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and location. The ocean was gorgeous! We were a little nervous with our little ones (3 year old and 10 month old) and the spacing between the rails on the outdoor patio but otherwise, the place was perfect for our family!

Our oceanfront condo is a nice place in a great location. The two bedroom unit was comfortable for 3 adults. It was clean, HVAC worked great, and the kitchen was nice and fully stocked with everything we needed. Easy access to a really nice beach! Overall we rate it very good with only deficiencies being out of date bathrooms and skimpy toiletries.

Was disappointed. Our stay in this unit 2 years ago was immaculate, however, this time there was a lot of peeling paint, leaky faucets, dirty and musty smelling furniture, wet spots on our bed that soaked all the way through to the mattress, and the pool was nasty. We do not plan to stay here again.
