Surf Side Shores #2302 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. King, Queen, sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

Great option for the money. Condo was clean. General maintenance needed in some areas, but overall really good. Shower in main bedroom was clogged and backing up pretty bad when we got there, but it was promptly fixed by maintenance. Broken tile outside on balcony that I think was covered by a door mat. Could use some small bits of TLC, but if you’re considering it’s on the beach and 2 bedroom, we could overlook these things! Overall definitely recommend!

This was a great condo to stay and I would definitely stay again.I went on a girl's weekend and it was well equipped and the location was fabulous. I loved the size of the entire condo condominium was not too big and felt quaint. Our room itself was very spacious.Had ample amount of places for girls to get ready. The elevator and the building was good which says a lot because usually beach condo elevators are very unpleasant.

Needs updating. Lots of prior water damage around return ac vent and showers. The smell of pinesol would knock you down when you entered condo. Floors were not cleaned very good. Had to go buy a mop and clean them again. Needs cleaning attention to smaller areas such as closets and shower curtain liners. Over half of the wall outlets didn't work. Great location thought!
