Surf Side Shores #2302 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. King, Queen, sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

Everything about this place was perfect! The pool was great and the condo was so nice and the views were great! One big thing for us were the elevators and they worked perfectly and very fast! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Beach view was excellent. The condo was fine but could definitely use some newer furniture throughout. The elevator broke down several times during our stay which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, it was fine.

Nice condo with well use of space. Close to restaurants and grocery. Nice beach access and area for facility use

Needs updating. Lots of prior water damage around return ac vent and showers. The smell of pinesol would knock you down when you entered condo. Floors were not cleaned very good. Had to go buy a mop and clean them again. Needs cleaning attention to smaller areas such as closets and shower curtain liners. Over half of the wall outlets didn't work. Great location thought!
