Surf Side Shores #1603 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. Sleeps 6.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

The unit was clean. We enjoyed the convenience of location and the furnishings were comfortable. The only negatives were the smaller bedroom didn't have a dresser because the king size bed took up so much room and left no where to unpack your luggage. Also there was no dish drainer tray for the sink.Overall it was a very pleasant stay and can't wait to return to surf side shores

Very good stay. Unit was older and could use some updates but adequate for our visit. Staff was friendly and when we had an issue with one tv, the issue was resolved within hours. Towels were substandard but overall we had a great time

Check In and out was easy. The property overall could use a few functional updates. The shower door in the front bedroom would not close. The electrical wiring in the master bedroom was questionable. Bring extra blankets. Needs a good deep clean.
