PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation and will be waiting inside the condo upon arrival. Please complete all information on the pass and display it in your vehicle throughout your stay.
A maximum of two parking passes is allowed per unit. If you need a second pass, please notify Island Rentals before arrival. Additional parking passes are $55 plus tax each.
Monthly stays require parking payment each month.
Trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, and motor homes are not permitted on the property. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be ticketed, booted, or towed.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided. Each full bathroom includes four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat.
A starter supply of essentials is provided for approximately the first 24 hours of your stay:
• One dishwasher detergent packet
• One small bottle of dishwashing liquid
• One roll of paper towels
• One liner in each trash can
• One packet of laundry detergent
• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• One bath soap bar per full bathroom
• One hand soap bar per bathroom
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring additional paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee, coffee filters, condiments, spices, and personal essentials.
For your beach days, pack beach towels, sunscreen, an umbrella, and beach toys. A hair dryer is also recommended.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping team uses commercial-grade cleaning and sanitizing products. Quilts and shams are changed between guest stays.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, be present at check-in, and stay in the condo for the duration of the reservation.
A copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement are required. No refunds will be issued for reservations made under false pretenses.

Great location and very central to anything you need. Onsite property manager was very easy to work with and Lucky was very charming. Everything you would need for a short or long stay is provided. I was there for 3 months and enjoyed my stay very much.
