The apartment was very clean and very nicely renovated. There was everything that you would need: towels, bedsheets, some snacks, tableware, cups, shower gel, etc.. Furthermore, the host was very friendly.

It can get cold in the apartment after the sun sets (in November).

The apartment is very clean and beautiful, there is everything you need for a holiday, well equipped, the owners took care of everything, very attentive and generous, even left treats.

This apartment had everything we needed and more! It was quiet and the beds were good. It was a 9 minute walk to the tram which took us directly downtown and to the old city.

Apartments are new, very nice and comfortable. Check-in and checkout are fast and simple. There's a free parking.

Very clean and with all amenities needed. Owners very attentive to every detail. We received step by step instructions for the check in, with pictures making everything very easy. Owner also recommended places to eat and things to visit. There is nothing to complain about it. Perfect place. One thing to watch is your weight, because of the goodies sold at the bakery across the street, DELICIOUS! 😁

Very friendly landlords, the appartment was spotless and functional, with everything you could possibly need (and more)! It is a very comfortable and modern appartment, perfect for 5-6 people. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

It was a very comfortable stay at this apartment. The location is good, the whole apartment was clean and offers you everything you need. And last but not least, our host was very helpful and so nice. We can absolutely recommend this place!!

Die Unterkunft "Diego 4 pièces" haben wir als 5 köpfige Familie mit Erwachsenen Kindern für einen Urlaub gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist in Nizza zentral gelegen. Von dort aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Bushaltestelle, Bäcker mit leckerem Brot, Supermarkt mit umfassendem Angebot, weitere Mini Supermärkte, Metzger, Imbiss, kleine Restaurants, etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar! Die Gegend ist gut gepflegt und fühlte sich für uns sicher. Zu der Unterkunft gehört ein Stellplatz, der sich in der Garage einer Wohnanlage befindet. Zugang erfolgt über ein Garagentor, das die Anlage sicher macht. Wer bereits in Nizza unterwegs war bzw. dort unterwegs sein wird, wird diese Parkmöglichkeit zu schätzen wissen! Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Jordan war sehr gut. Sämtliche Infos zum Check -In und Check-Out haben wir rechtzeitig erhalten. Der Zugang zum Haus war einfach. Es gibt zwei Schlüssel-Sätze, was praktisch war. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sah wie auf den Fotos aus, wenn nicht sogar besser! Die Ausstattung war echt top. In der Küche gab es genug Geschirr und sämtliche Küchenutensilien zum Kochen und essen.für uns. Basis-Lebensmittel wie Gewürze, Öl, The, Café, Spaghetti, etc. waren bereits Vorhanden. Auch im Kühlschrank waren u.a. Wasser und Saft für uns vorbereitet. Damit mussten wir nicht sofort einkaufen gehen. Die Klimaanlage hat in allen Zimmern gut funktioniert. WLAN, Fernseher haben auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Badezimmer waren sauber und mit ausreichenden Ablagemöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Auch in den Schlafzimmern gab es gute Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Zimmer waren wirklich super schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren für uns sehr komfortabel. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft super zufrieden und würden sehr gern wiederkommen!

Folgende Kleinigkeiten: Da es keine Anhaltemöglichkeiten an der Straße gibt, muss man immer in die Garage fahren, Bei mehreren Fahrten am Tag bzw. Großeinkäufen ist es ein bisschen nervig. Die Waschmaschine und die Putz-Einrichtungen befinden sich in einem Anliegendem Raum außerhalb des Hauses (rechts vom Eingang). Wer seine Wäsche waschen will muss dann kurz raus, was bei Schlechtwetter ungünstig sein kann. Wir haben aber ausreichende Wäsche gehabt und mussten nicht waschen.das Putzzeug (Besen, etc.) haben wir ins Haus rein genommen und für die Zeit unseren Aufenthalts im Haus gelassen. Der Zugang zum Wohnbereich im Haus erfolgt über eine steile Treppe. Könnte für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder Familien mit Kleinkindern problematisch sein. Für uns waren es aber keine Punkte, die schwer ins Gewicht gefallen sind, weil die positiven Aspekte deutlich überwogen haben! Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war unter dem Strich top. Wir würden daher jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Lage war gut. Mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten zum Zentrum und Promenade. Das Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr sauber.

Es gab einen Nachteil, der aber zu beheben ist. Der Wasserdruck beim Warmwasser, insbesondere beim Duschen, war sehr gering.

Todo. El apartamento muy amplio, dotado con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Cerquita del tranvia que lleva a la costa, a un paso del bus y al lado de la salida de la autovía. Rodeado de supermercados y algún restaurante. La anfitriona inmejorable y la plaza de garaje (fundamental en Niza) de 10, enorme y de maniobravilidad facilisima.

O apartamento é muito bonito, bem decoradado, equipado e limpo. Ótima localização e a anfitriã Sylvie é muito simpática e prestativa. Todas nós, adoramos a estadia

Gostamos de tudo. O único ponto menos bom é que a cabine do duche é pequena e baixa, o que pode ser ruim para uma pessoa alta e forte. A banheira tem a borda muito alta, o que pode ser perigoso para entrar e sair.
