Fantastic location. Spacious and homely accommodation. Very comfortable and very clean. It was really central but also quiet and a lovely place to chill in, with easy access to metro for getting to the airport and around the city.

Noise from other apartment woke me up at night and close proximity to the church meant church bells disrupted my sleep very early on weekend mornings

This is a beautiful apartment located in Plaka, the "Old City" and is just a short walk from the Acropolis and most of the other historical sites in Athens.
It was safe, reasonably priced, close to many excellent restaurants and bistros, and a short walk to the area with Athens nightlife. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. I will definitely rent this apartment again on my next visit to Athens.
Everything about this apartment was wonderful.
The only possible issue would be for someone with limited strength and/or mobility.
The apartment is located up two flights of circular stairs so you have to be able to carry your luggage up to the apartment.
I'm 67 and in good shape and my sons and I had no problem carrying our large bags up and down the stairs.
