Fantastic location in Athens. Walking distance to all the great sights. Clean and nice.
That 5 people had to share one key and that the front door to the apartments had to be kept locked. That meant that when some wanted to go home early, they had the only key and thus had to get up at night to open the front door for the others. And security wise, in case of fire, it would be a big problem. Also hot water was a bit problematic. You had to foresee when you needed it and heat it half an hour before.

Location, 10 minutes walk to acropolis, 7 minutes walk Monastirak. In a a very calm street with at least 50 places to eat within a 100m radius. The outside balcony is exquisite. The facilities stunning we were 5 and it was very spacious (ceiling is so high). So clean. You have everything to clean, to cook... a laundromat is just outside. Quite frankly cannot do better
It is not very cheap but it worth the money for sure.

very expensive, i thought the reservation for 3 nights but it was for one night

Excellent Location Clean
Going to the electric panel to turn on and off hot water - and only good engough for 2 showers Appliances a bit used Hot water only good for 2/3 showers maximum
