The location was fantastic! at the hart of Plaka! Near the Acropolis! every interesting place was walking distance. The host was really on top of every detail, he stayed in contact to ensure we arrived fin, provided very good hints on where to eat and others and was always inmwdiatlely available. The rooms and facilities were all modern, really comfortable and safe. We

Very tasteful and charming concept. Comfortable beds. Very nice location and helpful host.
Unfortunately we found that there was a plumbing problem in the bathroom (smells) that needed attention. We needed to leave the window open and the door which separated it from the bedroom closed and locked( this door handle was loose and needed tightening:-) So there was a bit of (probably simple but nonetheless necessary ) maintenance in order.

Location is great only 10 mins by foot from the akropolis and in the heart of Plaka. Good communication with the structure, they are available to give suggestions and set up transfers to/from the property.
Room is smaller than what appears in the pictures. Our room was also extremely dark (no natural light coming in) and humid. The bathroom has no window and we found mold on the ceiling of ours. The place is also very noisy in the morning due to people checking in/out and staff cleaning the other rooms and talking loudly. We found the property very expensive for this type of quality.
