Live Life Plaka Apartment

The location was excellent—close to everything in Plaka, yet the apartment was unexpectedly spacious and comfortable for such a busy central area. It looked just like the photographs, and the rooftop view of the illuminated Acropolis was beautiful. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of delicious wine waiting for us. The transfer arranged by the host was another highlight. George became our driver throughout our stay, taking us on an efficient tour covering Athens’ major sights and providing two airport transfers. He was friendly, reliable and made getting around incredibly easy.

The stairwell lighting was the only challenge. The lights were on a short timer and kept switching off while we were climbing the stairs. Everything else was very good.

The size and location of the property is ideal for a family or group of adults travelling together. Walk around the corner and you are in the heart of Plaka.

Nothing

Amazing location, close to everything. Lovely apartment, comfortable beds, clean. It was a family trip. 7 adults and 2 kids. Host let us drop our bags around 10am, which was great and then we checked in around 3pm. Very responsive host.

The beds could have some extra pillows. No blankets, but we requested for the second night and they provided some. One of the showers had no pressure when using hot water, they asked someone to have a look but couldnt fix during our stay.

Good location

The fold out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress to thin which allows the springs to be felt as you slept. Construction noises at 7:30 am. Only happened once but still wasn’t great.
