The location is excellent. Walk a little turn around and Acropolis is right there, Awesome.
I really enjoyed having a washing machine. I stayed 3 nights in the balcony room it was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Athens. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
The location is excellent — within easy reach of the Acropolis, Plaka, and Syntagma, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made getting around and finding good food very convenient.
The owner was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They provided helpful information about the local area, including recommendations on where to eat and what to see, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
We really appreciated the welcome touches — there was food, water in the fridge, as well as breakfast items and snacks ready for us on arrival. It made a big difference, especially after travelling.
A special mention for the natural toiletry products and the provision of dishwashing and laundry liquids. These are often not included in other places, and it was so convenient not having to buy single-use products during a short stay.
Sylvia also checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel very well looked after.
Overall, a thoughtful, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay — we would highly recommend it and would happily return.

My wife and I were recently evacuated from our jobs in Qatar due to the war in Iran. We found Sylvia's place on short notice. She met us at the door and showed nothing but kindness and warmth. Her apartments are in a wonderful neighborhood, and she was a terrific host. The Plaka is a great neighborhood with traffic-free streets and excellent restaurants. Sylvia's apartments are clean, attractive, and have everything you need to cook if you want to. A wonderful carafe of wine was waiting for us after a stressful day of traveling. She is a wonderful host with lots of good advice on the neighborhood. When she learned that my wife and I both needed to teach online classes, she even offered us the chance to use an unused apartment during teaching time free of charge to make it easier for us. We are truly grateful to Sylvia and highly recommend staying in her apartments. We hope to return someday for a proper vactation there.
