Location was fabulous and great access to everything .
Communication was disappointing and came across as rude both through Booking.com messages and during our interactions. We politely requested an early check-in at 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm, which we felt was a reasonable request, however this was refused and we were told the earliest available check-in was 5:00 pm. A 5:00 pm check-in time is quite late and significantly impacts a guest's ability to enjoy their stay. While we understand that early check-in cannot always be accommodated, a more courteous and customer-focused approach would have been appreciated.
