A absolutely super location from which to explore central Athens on foot. There are probably 100 restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The walks to the Agora and Pantheon are easy, mostly through pedestrian only streets. This is an older, but very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, a small kitched and a 3/4 bath. The property managers arranged all of our ground transportation to/from the airport and cruise port. I would certainly stay here again on future trips to Athens.

I think we got really lucky booking this apt...it was in a great area of the Plaka and therefore easily walkable to all the sights we wanted to see, as well as close to bakeries, fruit stands, cafes, and lots of lovely alleys with fun shopping and stalls. We did a hop on, hop off tour to see the rest of Athens and got a very good feel for the city. The apartment itself was great; clean, only one flight of stairs up, and we had a washer/dryer! There were also lots of taxis in the area so it was easy to flag on when we needed to go to the airport. The only minor inconvenience was sometimes the key and front door lock took 5 minutes to get to work. Would definitely recommend!
