Cute but not what we expected

Cute apartment and the kids loved the loft.

Getting the keys was a headache. Street side parking or nearby parking garage is insanely expensive. Not much in walking distance for activities or restaurants. The bathroom is extremely small.

The keys were located in the shop at the rail station - not so easy. The windows were bad and we felt the wind all night. The heating was not good and it was cold. The isolation is poor

Superb

The apartment was tidy, all equipment was functional, there was plenty of cleaning supplies we could use. Location was great for us and all descriptions received from the host were pretty much explanatory. No problems whatsoever. I can recommend

We could use a bit more utensils in the kitchen (at least one larger pot would be nice). Also was a bit problematic for us that we got only a single key to the apartment but to be fair we did not ask for more prior to our visit. If you plan to travel in a group and wish to be able to enter the place at separate hours best to arrange this beforehand!

+ Instructions via email before and during the trip were comprehensive + The flat was clean + Location is very good (in the city centre) and easily accessible (elevator in the building) + Good jogging/walking possibilities nearby in Lapinlahti/Hietaniemi area

- The bathroom sink was quite clogged - Shower space was very small - There should be better recycling possibilities in the flat because you can (and you should) recycle everything in the courtyard's recycling rooms. It would also encourage visitors to recycle. - The housekeeping should check under the beds and other furniture too because there was quite a lot of dust and previous visitors piece of clothing under the drawer

I liked the location of the apartments and in general it was a cosy place.

At first glance, the apartment was clean, but then it turned out that some places were dusty and dirty. Also, if you are traveling by car, you will also have to look for a parking lot, which most likely will not be near the apartment and it will not be free. Since we arrived at night, after the official check-in, the owner found a solution to the problem, it was possible to pick up the keys in another place, but if we had not travelled by car, we would have had to overcome quite a long way to get from the port to the keys and then to the apartment.

They are easy to talk to and responsive. We had our late arrival and requested if my cousin (whose living in Finland) can be the one to pick up the keys even the booking is under my name, and they allowed it.

Bel appartement avec quelques désagréments qui seraient pourtant faciles à arranger!

L’emplacement était super. Très bonne description pour se rendre et récupérer les clés. L’appartement était confortable.

Il y avait un 2e lit mais nous n’avions pas les draps. Nous n’avons pas eu accès à la connexion internet pour les 2 premiers jours parce que le routeur était branché à une extension qui était débranchée. La personne avait qui on communiquait nous indiquait essaie ceci, essaie cela mais n’avait pas trop l’air de savoir quoi faire. Le rideau de la salle de bain était vraiment salle et dégoûtant. Il serait aussi agréable d’avoir une lumière dans le corridor puisqu’il fait vraiment noir lorsqu’on arrive le soir

Avainten nouto oli helppoa, kun saavuimme junalla. Ohjeet olivat kattavat. Asunto viihtyisä ja herttainen yksiö, jossa kaikki tarvittava muutaman yön vierailuun. Sänky mukavan pehmeä. Nukuimme tuuletusikkunat auki, eikä katujen äänet häirinneet meitä.

Parvi oli aika jyrkkä ja laita tosi matala, en uskaltanut päästää lapsia sinne nukkumaan. Sohva olisi voinut olla levitettävä. Länsimaalaisen ihmisen ahdinkoa oli huomata, että tv ei ollut smart.

posizione a circa 2 km dalla zona centrale e al mercato, situata in una struttura un po datata ma nel complesso comoda ed accogliente formata da monolocale, confortevole per una coppia

- la consegna delle chiavi avviene in uno dei tanti R-Kioski della stazione, cosa forse comoda per chi arriva in treno o conosce la stazione, ma per chi arriva con auto e non conosce la stazione diventa un misto fra un incubo e una caccia al tesoro - avevo un problema ad aprire la porta (non per colpa mia), ho chiamato al telefono ma non mi ha risposto nessuno; mi hanno richiamato dopo oltre 20/25 minuti, quando ero da tempo riuscito a risolvere, altrimenti dovevo aspettare avanti la porta per quasi mezz'ora - il parcheggio auto non costa meno di 25 euro al giorno - hanno un'area soppalcata con un letto, ma la salita-dscesa e sopratutto la permanenza sul soppalco aooare pericolosa, specie se ci sono bambini (non consiglio a famiglie e comunque a piu di 2 persone) - no c'erano gli ausili alla cucina che di solito ho trovato in finlandia (zucchero, olio, etc)

la cama de arriba a mi me gustó mucho pero yo soy bastante ágil. Para alguien con respeto a las alturas o más grande de estatura, subir por esas escaleritas podría ser un desafío. Las dos camas de abajo son aptas para todo el mundo y cómodas. La ubicación genial, la ducha , el agua sale genial. El apartamento muy bonito y acogedor.
