The apartment we got was very moldy, and i had an allergy attack within 15 minutes of reaching the property. I had to leave the apartment and got an accommodation at another place. Their bathroom sink was broken, opened a maintenance request , but i got a communication that it will get considered as non urgent. Overall a horrible place. I tried getting a refund, and no luck.

From the Airport to Espoo (Elosamante 2) Now that Uber is back in action in Finland - use it! The drivers are super friendly and excited to tel you about how amazing Helsinki is, which it is!!!!! Uber does not show 2A, 2B or 2C) It only shows 2..so make sure to tell your driver which building you are in, we were in 2A. Travel time from Vantaa is about 35 minutes The Apartment Complex We were able to quickly get customer service on the phone and they emailed us the door code within 3 minutes. Nice to only have a code to enter your apartment The Room/Flat Very tidy for the 2 single bed room we had, the two beds were pushed together to make a queen which was nice for us. All the toiletry, silverware, paper towels, basic body wash dispenser on bathroom wall and cleaning supplies are already there so no need to go buy any. The TV is small but who cares, you should not be spending too much time in your flat except to sleep, shower and go outside! The windows all open up to bring in fresh air which was great, the floors can be heated which is really nice. The Washer Was a challenge. The instructions for using it not online or understandable on the single laminated paper they leave in the room. So we washed our towels and hung them by the window. Problem solved. Location Close to the new giant megamall they are building in Tapiola Park, it is a 5 minute walk. Shopping, grocery and cafe are located there. Overall We will stay here again, we loved it!

Everything you need, except parking. Some parking options though not far. Bed linens were not good for hot weather, causing discomfort. Weather had been around 27-30 degrees C that week. Take cleaning requirements into consideration, 250 EUR additional bill might be expecting you.

We really liked this apartment. It's in a nice location near a mall, bus stop and metro station. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very handy, and there is a washing machine for laundry. Our apartment on the top floor got a little hot, but that's probably due more to the unusually warm weather.

We chose this location because it was close to family and friends we wanted to visit and staying in a regular hotel can be costly. We were unfamiliar how the door code works but were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to figure out. The code was sent to us as they promised and getting in was easy. The studio apartment was perfect for our needs, it had a full kitchen with a microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, dishes, a fridge and cleaning supplies. There was a kitchen table with chairs, a sitting area with chairs, table and tv. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great, it had a nice shower, a heated towel rack and there was even a washing machine which came in handy. It was nice to be able to make some of our meals instead of having to always eat out. All and all, it was a nice place, great location with short walk to the metro and shopping mall. Walking and bike paths everywhere. Customer service was A+. I will choose this place from now on and will recommend to everyone I know. Loved it!

Lovely room, close to a large shopping centre and travel links. Only issue was after cleaning the apartment as asked to in email, i was informed i had already paid for the cleaning service.

Clean and comfortable, with all you could need. Close to shopping centre which has supermarkets, places to eat and a variety of shops and metro station. Takes about 10 minutes to get to centre of Helsinki using the metro. Buses nearby too. Easy to book and quick response to booking. Would recommend and will use again.

I was assigned a room for which I received a SMS from SATO but the door code didnt work so I called the Forenom customer care who gave me a different room but door code again didnt work.It was very difficult to connect to customer care number as I needed to call couple of times because of this issue , once it took me 35 mins to get connected.I was finally told that there was some problem with door code and they activated or fixed the problem and I should be able to access my room.So I tried again and open the door and saw that there was a old lady already staying in that room. She was shocked that I could access the room and I felt the same that it should not happen that other guests are disturbed or their privacy is compromised.So I called forenom again and explained this and a new room was assigned, the whole process took around 90 mins from the time I made the first call.The new management should take care of such issues, this never happened when it was under SATO.

It was ok. The apartment was very cheap, so in all it was price worthy. The entire access is automised, you get a code for the door and that's it. Very smooth and efficient. The apartment was well equipped (I didn't need allt the utensils and stuff, but there was a dishwasher, washing machine and all). The bad thing was that the bathroom was not really clean and smelled weed and cigarette smoke. The shhets were clean and the singl bed ok, but the pillow and cover were old and clumpy. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I found everything as described in the information. Apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped and faces a small forest. Beware if you get there by car because parking is not included in the price and it's very hard to find nearby. I had to park my car about 10 blocks away for 10 euros per night when I wasn't able to find a spot around the building.

The room was well furnished for a family of four, with easy access to local amenties (about 5-7 minutes walk) and a bus stop close by to take a bus to Kamppi in Helsinki. Unfortunately could not buy day ticket in the bus as the driver could not understand English, so had to buy a single ticket and then buy day ticket at Kamppi. Cons: Shower gel/shampoo in the shower cubicle would have been nice. Also the pans were good but no ladles to use with it. Overall, good experience, would surely recommend this.

The apartments are well laid, decorated, and complete with all the basic amenities. The bus stop is just a short walk to go to Kampi bus station. Another 5 minutes walk is a shopping mall with a supermarket. Easily accessible to and from Airport as well as Helsinki central, however will need a 'Region' day ticket to travel within all the zones.

I went to this hotel room with my 3 year old son. It was lovely, so much better than your average hotel room! However one or two things to bear in mind, if you do go with a child. There is no way to lock the door from the inside. He was able to open it very easily! You might want to empty the drawers too as they are perfect fun for little ones! Finally there is a play park near by! However the pillows were awful. And I personally felt black out curtains would have been a nice touch. Please be aware that there are no cleaning products or tolitieries included in the room, so you might want to pack some. The buses and also local shops are very close. Overall though a fab little room about a ten minute bus drive to the centre of Helsinki. Deffo recomend it!

Quite close to local centre although there was a lot of building work going on.Very quick and convenient bus trip FROM central Helsinki but due to the location near the motorway the journey TO central Helsinki could either be undertaken by a much longer walk to Westend bus terminal for the fast bus OR a short walk to a local bus stop for a much longer journey on a local bus route.The Helsinki Metro extension opens in 2017 which will, no doubt, make access to central Helsinki much easier, if not quicker.
