Small things that you might not notice, such as dirty curtains, signs of interior wear, or a washing machine without glass in the door....

Very disappointing

Basically nothing

The apartment has no dishwasher and no dryer. You need to wash the dishes and clean and take out the thrash even before checking out otherwise you’ll be charged a fee. You can’t open the windows and that makes the apartment super hot (we had some peanuts covered with salt and honey and the honey melted and they got stuck together). We called to get someone to open the windows because you need a special key and the customer support stated that they don’t have anybody on the weekend. They couldn’t give us any other apartment nor justify why the other apartments had windows open and gave us an email to send a feedback. The cleaning level was very low both in the bathroom and the kitchen.

The carpet was curled up at the edges, and was a big trip hazard. That's the entire narrative. I wasn't under the impression that I had been commissioned to write a novel.

Ok apartment in quiet surroundings

Location was very good for our needs, easy to arrive via Kehä I -road by car. Quiet surroundings with easy access to near-by parks for walking.

Apartment was not very clean, there was even some food on the floor left over from previous customers. I was also sneezing and coughing all night as it was apparently rather dusty. It was very hot inside, opening the windows luckily helped a little. There was some kind of switch for air-conditioning, but it wasn't in use. Noticed also that the kitchen equipment was very limited. Apartment had beds for 4 people, but for example only two coffee mugs. Also for somebody staying for a longer period, it is important to note that there is no freezer, just a small fridge, so not possible to store frozen foodstuff.

False advertising

Rented an apartment for two persons with my girlfriend for three Nights. Up on entering the apartment we find that there is only one bed of 90 cm width. Called the renter about this and they claimed that this is a so called Twin-bed and we should both be able to sleep in it. Fortunately there was a couch so we could make a makeshift bed but this was not at all as promised or expected. Apart from this the room was as quite hot despite our stay being in late april and the temperature outside was about 5 degrees c. Lastly the apartments was located in the basement, not very pleasant

Good but sad experience.

Spacious apartment.

How they treat their customers. It said they have a phone number available 24h but I kept calling for many hours and nobody answered. Except once when a woman was talking in Finnish even after I said I do not speak Finnish. I got the impression she was just laughing at me. Since she kept ignoring or hanging up my calls. Did not even try to be nice. I rather choose a bit more pricey apartment next time and give my money to more kind people.
