Welcome to a bright and spacious 82 m² apartment in peaceful Kaivoksela, Vantaa! Two bedrooms and two beds in the living room, accommodating up to 7 people. Perfect for families, work travellers or friends. A fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and convenient access to public transport, the city centre, and the airport make this an ideal base for both short and long stays. The shared spaces also offer a free-to-use sauna and laundry with a dryer. The apartment is located in an industrial property. The apartment`s condition is basic, but functional.
📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments.
🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. No parties.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the booking. There is an extra fee for pets.
👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s stay.
