Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor with a big balcony and amazing skyline view. The apartment is 45 m2 in its size and comes with a complete kitchen, bathroom and its equipped with a 160cm wide queen bed in the bedroom and 140 cm wide sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Ainoa shopping and the metro station is just 1 minute walk away. Shops and restaurants and pubs just next door.
