Nice apartment in a very good location, especially the price.
It was not comfortable in the bathroom, it is too narrow, but we understand that it is not possible to do anything. It just needs a little cleaning and that's it.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, wir durften unser Gepäck bei ihr deponieren. Man hat alles was man braucht, ruhige Umgebung.
Es war sehr stickig und kleines Badezimmer.

Главное достоинство квартиры — его отличное расположение. Все необходимое находится поблизости: кафе, магазины и остановки общественного транспорта.
Не понравилось состояние квартиры. В помещении сильно пахло табаком, даже проветривание не помогло!!! Было очень грязно: повсюду пыль, на полу грязь, на кухне — жир, посуда грязная и липкая, внутри холодильника все полки грязные от остатков еды. Микроволновая печь тоже была вся жирная и грязная. Создалось впечатление, что уборка не проводилась очень давно. Туалет крайне неудобный, пользоваться было некомфортно. Квартира старая и очень неухоженная, требует ремонта и тщательной уборки.
