It’s in the center, quite and peaceful.
The apartment smells like smoke, dishes when we arrived and the coffee machine was dirty. We had to clean and wash it again before we used. The toilet was way too very small its not comfortable to use and the floors were making sounds when we walk. Beds do make alot of sounds too but tho we rested well still otherwise the location of the place was accessible and near the tram station.

Главное достоинство квартиры — его отличное расположение. Все необходимое находится поблизости: кафе, магазины и остановки общественного транспорта.
Не понравилось состояние квартиры. В помещении сильно пахло табаком, даже проветривание не помогло!!! Было очень грязно: повсюду пыль, на полу грязь, на кухне — жир, посуда грязная и липкая, внутри холодильника все полки грязные от остатков еды. Микроволновая печь тоже была вся жирная и грязная. Создалось впечатление, что уборка не проводилась очень давно. Туалет крайне неудобный, пользоваться было некомфортно. Квартира старая и очень неухоженная, требует ремонта и тщательной уборки.
