Value for money is very good, the location is also good, and the apartment itself is comfortable and spacious.
The air conditioning didn't work and it was quite warm.

The place is next to quite busy road witch makes noise. On the other side there is a nice balcony witch is so close to neighbours that ruins the balcony emotion. We had quite hot days and it was very warm inside. If you kept the windows open then noise from road or from neighbours was a little bit disturbing.
