Great place just a little rough around the edges. Very quiet and plenty of bed space. Living room was a little small for our group but fireplace was nice. Needs a little paint and refreshing. Beds were great and kids loved the bunk beds.

This chalet had the potential to be nice but is in need of some attention. The floors were really dirty and the rugs were stained (pet friendly). The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the upstairs beds and floors were very noisy. The floor in the master bedroom creaked with every step. weeds had overgrown to the size of small trees in the flower bed in the front. The location was convenient but the chalets are close together. The guests that stayed to the left of us partied late into the night and the guests behind us used our backyard and drive way as a shortcut when walking. We didn’t receive the door code for our 4pm check in so I called the property manager around 6pm and was given the code to enter the property. The buttons on the hot tub didn’t work so we couldn’t change or adjust any settings. The ice maker on the fridge leaked puddles of
Water on the floor that we had to clean up several times each day. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the chalet and were only there for three nights so we made the best of it. The location was close to all the attractions and the price was very reasonable. It was nice to have a place big enough for the whole family so close to the Pigeon Forge strip.
