Great for family vacation

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, overall very clean and calm place ideal for family vacation

The location of the hotel is a bit too far from the centre and nearest supermarket, when it is hot that can be an issue. To reach out to the beach it is necessary to cross the main magistral road, and with small child that is not always easy.

I wouldn’t stay at Anna Maria Paradise again but would stay at The Anna Hotel as it was lovely.

Breakfast was ok but not very hot, nice grounds and comfy beds. Rooms were a good size and quite clean. The manager opened the safe when we lost the key, we were glad he sorted it out.

The pools had a problem with the surface, we didn’t use them as they looked unpleasant. The manager seemed to think they were fine but we disagreed. My daughter had two pairs of new earring's go missing from her room, they weren’t expensive and the manager seemed quite grumpy so we didn’t report it. We saw the manager shouting at some other guests so gave him a wide berth after that. The bathroom had shabby facilities, the curtains were hanging off the rail. We used to The Anna hotels pool and restaurant for lunch, it was much nicer.

To expensive for what they offered

The breakfast had a good variaty of food. There was a "Greek night" which was fun (for a fee ofc). They were doing the bed sheets daily and the towels every 2 days.

I rented a bungalow with 2 rooms: 1 room was alright, with opening to the small terrace but the other room was dark, with a small window that was somewhere up in a corner (like in a prison) and in the mornings you couldn't tell if its morning or if its still dark outside. The cleaness wasn't the greatest, the bathroom had rust and limescale in the shower and taps and alot of spider web at the bathroom window. The pools were poor, the paint was pealing off from them at the bottom. For the morning breakfast, there were 2 coffee machines and 2 juice machines: only one of each was working, so was a queue for coffee and juice in the mornings. In the last day, before leaving in the morning, the 2nd coffee machine broke and I needed to pay 4 euro for a coffee from the bar. Its not close to the beach, you need to walk 10 min and its not close to town center, around 20 min of walk. The sink drain wasn't working and I had to remove the cover and the hair dryer was broken. They replaced it with another one after I reported it to the office. We wanted to cancel the day we arrived and find another place, but the money we paid were non-refundable so we got stuck there.

When booking the hotel, the photos of the room on Booking were different. Upon arrival, we had an unpleasant experience… We arrived around 3:00 pm and our room was not ready, so we were asked to wait a little. After a short wait, we were told that our room was occupied and we would be given another one instead, but as compensation we received a dinner discount. The next morning, they moved us into what was supposed to be our original room, but it was definitely not the same room shown in the photos when we booked! Also, the pool was only open until 6:00 pm.

The stay at Anna Maria Paradise was great. From the moment we arrived to the day we left we felt welcomed and treated with care. The room was nice and clean, the food and the drinks were up to the expectation. The pools and outdoor areas were top notch. We did not feel the time go.

Amazing place for families and friends

Very near by one of the best beach bars, only a km from central tourist places. The staff is so great- we had issue with one of the cars and Tomas was so helpful- he gave cables, stayed with us etc. Strongly recommend the place because of the people working there

Overall, it is a nice stay but would appreciate some alternative to crossing that street every day.

The entire staff is awesome and polite. Breakfast is nice but every day the same (however, there is a lot to choose from so that is not a minus) Shelly, the host, is really really nice! Overall, the hotel looks beautiful and is clean with a lot of nature around.

The only minus is a location of the hotel - it is actually close to the center and the beach but the problem is that there is a busy road that you need to cross in order to come to the beach and we were with the baby and the stroller so really didn’t like that moment especially during the night as there is literally no light outside of the hotel.

Very good

Breakfast was great. Our room had a kitchenette and we could arrange lunch in our room. For dinner the hotel's restaurant is good and Pefkohori is at a convenient distance with its many restaurants. Children enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the beaches in the vicinity.

Walk to the beach involves crossing a busy road with no traffic lights. To reach the town and other beaches in Pefkohori, you also have to walk next to that road and some sections do not have proper sidewalks. Of course, it is not the hotel's fault. But perhaps the hotels along that road can put more pressure on the municipality to extend the sidewalk and introduce pedestrian crossings.

Superb

The breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable and quiet even while the hotel is close to the main road. Pefkohori has very narrow roads, so if you have to drive your car inside the village during the high season, that could be a nightmare.

Coffee in the breakfast could be better. Also, a problem with WiFi which actually fixed during our stay.

Whole family is above and beyond professional. Everything is done right with us having a good holiday in mind. They are welcoming people and picked best beaches for us, booked hairdresser etc. They will make it their business to set you for a good time.

Not the conditions that I expected from the other reviews.

The food was ok, the staff (other than the owners) was great and the location was alright. You've got a few minutes to walk to the closest beach, which is not very impressive, but you can drive for abt 10-20 minutes to other beaches that the staff will recommend to you once you get to the hotel.

The rooms were way too small (we opted for a 3-person room), the bathroom door is basically inexistant (it's made out of glass and it doesn't close all the way to the wall, meaning you hear EVERYTHING from the bathroom into the room), the walls were extremely thin, you could barely sleep, because the noise made by the other tourists at night was too much, and the bathroom shower head and shower door were broken.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is the garden. The people were nice. Rooms were stylish and clean.

The living room is actually part of one of the bedrooms (picture of the sofa corner attached), the second bedroom is dark and has only one small window close to the roof (picture attached). The breakfast is plain and there is not real coffee on the buffet. You can always pay for a nice espresso on the bar. Practically no wifi in the rooms. Consider the location, if you don’t have a car. For us it was not an issue. We don’t recommend the a la carte restaurant, local tavernas are much better.

Perfect place to spend your vacation in Pefkohori. The stuff was friendly, cool and funny as well 😀 The hotel has good location although it doesn’t have a beach, but the beach is very close so you can walk. I just had perfect vacation there.

We really enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Paradise. Very friendly stuff, nice atmosphere, good service, tasty breakfast with variety, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The swimming pool such as the little garden from our Bungalow were of course a plus.

We booked bungalow with garden view. Rooms where great, clean with a lot facilities. Staff super friendly. Breakfast delicious- they try to put every day something different- so big plus :)

Outside of city Pefkochori. 15 minutes walking, 3 minutes by car. Also hotel is situated by main road so it was very noisy sometimes.

Es gibt besseres für das Geld.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Das Frühstück war zwar gut, jedoch für meinen Geschmack etwas eintönig. Das Zimmer im Souterrain war leider sehr dunkel und es gab wenig Tageslicht und frische Luft. Die Lage empfanden wir als ungünstig. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bäckereien waren nicht fußläufig erreichbar, für Besorgungen war ein Auto erforderlich oder man musste längere Strecken zu Fuß zurücklegen. Ähnlich verhielt es sich mit den Stränden: Es gab zwar viele, jedoch keinen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
