Peaceful escape

We had a great stay, looking back i can say our hosts really thought about their guests. We stayed 4 nights and have nothing to complain. The apartment is so nice and so well equipped. We had only one regret, that we did not book more nights. We received so much helpful information from our host and we felt taken care. The access to the property is not that scary, it requires more attention, but we had no problems, even when we came at night. Thank you for our great stay, we plan to return 😊

A perfect place to relax

Alikon is silently located on the hills near Neos Marmaras and the perfect place to be if you really want to relax. With Effie and her staff you get the most carrying and warm-hearted hosts you can imagine. The modern-styled apartments were in absolute perfect shape and offered everey comfort we needed: silent air condition, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and free beach equipment, to name just a few. If you want to sit outside, it is difficult to choose between the overwhelming view at the sea or at the vineyards behind the house. Thank you for everything, dearest Effie!

five star experience!

The cleanest place we ever stayed in! Effie welcomed us when we arrived and explained everything about the apartment and the area. She also gave us excellent recommendations about activities and restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and everything looks new! There is a fully equipped kitchen and a big balcony where we could enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The bed was super comfy and perfect for a peaceful night's sleep and the entire area is surrounded by olive trees and a lovely vineyard. We will definitely return!

Wish I have stayed longer

Very pleased with the accommodation. Good quality building, comfortable beds, useful utensils in the kitchen and bathroom. TV and AC in every living and bed room. Relaxing sea view and lovely greenery in the yard and inside the apartments. The hosts were superfriendly and helpful.

As a disadvantage maybe I can mention the location. It was 5 min car drive to nearest beach. One hour on foot. But the weather was so hot this time of the year, we wouldn't have gone on foot anyway.

Amazing place!

We loved everything. The complex, the apartment, the cleanliness, the kindness of the hosts. The incredible views of the vineyards and the sea, the coffee in the quiet mornings when the only "noise" is the chirping of the birds from the trees around... :) The apartments have everything you need in terms of equipment. Effie is a great host. She was extremely helpful with her advice on what to see or where to go to the beach. And we loved her recommendations for restaurants and places to eat. Thank you, Effie, for making our stay so cozy and comfortable! 😊

One of a kind stay between olives with perfect sunset moments

This was one of the most amazing accommodations we have been in (booked over this platform). The sights, sunsets, mornings on the terrace, olive trees, peacefulness, amazing hosts, this list could go on and on. The rooms or flats were comfy, big, super clean, well equipped. One great bathroom and space, we just loved it! We would love to come back and enjoy a longer stay next time. Thank you Effie and Yanni! You guys are real super-hosts!

Pleasant.

Nice place, nice view, a new and modern building with all facilities one needs. Comfortable beds. One toilet and even one more in the bathroom what makes life easier for a family of 4 people. Modern kitchen, well equipted, and big enough dining/living room with a sofa and flat TV.

I didn't like the fact that the balkony was sunny until late and we weren't able to use it the whole afternoon until as late as 8 pm. The balkony has a splendid view but we weren't able to enjoy it.

Alles perfekt 👍

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön im Grünen mit Aussicht auf Weinberg und Wald. Es ist sehr ruhig man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und kann jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Trotz unserer nicht so guten Englisch Kenntnisse war die Verständigung sehr gut und Effi ist eine sehr angenehme Gesprächspartnerin. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche alle drei Tage gewechselt. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Bei der Anreise in Dunkeln hat uns Effi am Telefon unterstützt da wir dabei unsere Probleme hatten 😜 Es gab jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner und Hilfe für alles. Strandliegen, Handtücher und Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind vorhanden. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft für alle die es gerne ruhig haben. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Eine kurze Fahrt entfernt gibt es 2 gut sortierte Supermärkte und der nächste Ort mit Restaurants und Cafés ist auch nicht weit. Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage, der Blick auf das Wasser und auf die Berge. :) Die Menschen waren wirklich super herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. :)

Savrseno iskustvo! Preljubazno osoblje, vlasnica izuzetno draga i ljubazna! ☺️ Apartman savršeno čist i opremljen, dostupno je sve sto je potrebno, od kuhinje, kupatila, pa do soba! Lokacija je idealna za odmor, toliko je bilo mirno i tiho, uživali smo u zvucima zrikavaca i ptica 😁 Priroda i mir, idealan spoj. ☺️ Sa druge strane, do plaža smo stizali jako brzo, smeštaj je dobro pozicioniran. Sve u svemu, sveee preporuke, doći cemo ponovo!

Ottima struttura nelle vicinanze di Neo Mamaras

Struttura nuova molto ben arredata e fornita di tutto quel che serve...si trova a cinque minuti di auto che è indispensabile da Neo Mamaras. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno...Una vista sul mare e circondato da ulivi e vigneti..molto silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza dalla strada .

Scump, nu merita.

Curatenia, faptul ca aveau aer conditionat , o curte destul de mare, terasa.

Faptul ca nu aveau un dulap in care sa poti sa ti pui hainele, camera cam mica, un pat si doua "sertare" , distanta foarte mare de plaja, 3,6 km cu o difererenta de nivel de 300m. Mergi cu masina in fiecare zi de te plictisesti pana la plaja si acolo, pana gasesti o parcare. Seara si dimineata, viespi, care nu te lasa sa servesti masa sau o cafea, pe terasa. Aveti grija cu locatia cum zic ei. Se face intr o curba cu linie dubla continua pe care ar fi bine sa nu o calcati. Mergeti un pic mai jos si vedeti cum puteti intoarce. Eu am fost lovit in spate incercand sa intorc.

Un concediu minunat

Totul. Mi-a depășit așteptările... de la hârtia igienica extrem de fina pana la prosoapele care miroseau genial... gazdele sunt de nota 20. Foarte amabile si săritoare.. am avut o problema in baie si pana ne am întors de la plaja au rezolvat. Ne au așteptat cu o sticla de vin care a fost ff bun. Curatenie zilnic in camere. Aerul condiționat merge ff bine.. îngheață la 25 grade :))). Atmosfera, luminile ambientale..tot. Locație liniștita fara alte proprietăți in jur. La 3 min de mers cu masina este un supermarket cu preturi bune. Din spatele proprietății poți vedea un apus superb. Recomand cu toată încrederea!
