Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. The Shieling is a delightful, detached bungalow standing in its own enclosed garden, within a 5-minute walk of the centre of Keswick. Refurbished in 2018, the bungalow has a fitted kitchen, and has been decorated and furnished to a good standard throughout. It is ideal for a family, offering three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a family bathroom. Set quietly in a small cul-de-sac it is the ideal place to return to after a day’s sightseeing or an invigorating walk in the fells.
Keswick, renowned for its spectacular setting and surrounded by mountains, is the perfect base to enjoy a holiday in the Northern Lakes. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, the area provides many walks to suit all abilities surrounding this beautiful town. There is much to see and do in the area, but if you do not want to venture far, stroll through the town with its many outdoor and speciality shops, friendly pubs, cafés and restaurants. Beach 22 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Pleasant cottage. Good location. Over full bins a problem, only one collection per month? Lounge furniture too low to be comfortable.

Three generations were very happy and comfortable at The Shieling. It suited us very well with off street parking( a bonus in Keswick). The rooms and beds were comfortable and we felt that there was enough space for us all and it was good to have a separate dining room. The property was very well maintained and clean. We all enjoyed our time here. Thank you!
