Perfect for families, couples or small groups, this dog-friendly property offers spacious accommodation, an enclosed garden and private parking, making it an ideal base for exploring the Lake District.

The open-plan living space is beautifully presented, with comfortable seating, Smart TV and lovely views towards Latrigg and Skiddaw. The kitchen and dining area provides everything needed for a relaxing self-catering stay, with patio doors leading out to the enclosed garden, ideal for children and dogs. A useful utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, WC and sink, along with additional space for coats, boots and outdoor gear.

Upstairs, guests will find three bedrooms, one king-size, one twin and one bunk room, making Brundholme House a great choice for families or groups. A family bathroom with bath and shower over completes the first floor. The sunroom and small wrap-around balcony provide additional space to relax and enjoy views of the surrounding fells.

Brundholme House benefits from private parking for two cars and EV charging (charged separately via app/QR code), a valuable feature in Keswick. The property also has a shed suitable for storing up to six bikes, ideal for cyclists exploring the surrounding area.
