Big comfy house in the centre of Keswick

Although I now realise it was mentioned in reviews - the house didn't have even a small garden for the dog. Fitz park however is only 5 mins away.

Pillows were well past their best. Pleased that we took our own. Fire escape arrangements were pretty scary!

An excellent property, ideal for family and friends.

Upon reading some of the reviews for this property I was a little apprehensive, however I need not have worried. I travelled with friends and my little one (age 5) and the property was perfect. When we arrived, we found a parking space close to the property which made it easy to unload and collected the keys from the key lock which was no problem. When we opened the door, we were delighted with what we saw! The several floors were the perfect adventure for my little one, all bedrooms and living space a good size and the kitchen well equipped. Tea bags and biscuits were a perfect welcoming touch!! Over the 5 days we stayed, we used the kitchen facilities with no problems, TV worked, there were games in the lounge to pass the evenings and plenty of space for everyone to have their own time away. We had a great week and couldn't complain about anything.

Absolutely fabulous, would recommend 100%

Beautiful house, everything you would ever need at home. tastefully decorated and equipped. Quiet, but, centrally located. Very comfy beds, three toilets, two showers and a lovely deep bath, all three bedrooms were a good size. Wonderful place to stay.

Check in time at 5pm far too late and check out time at 9am far too early. No enclosed garden or yard for the dog, but, we knew that before booking

Nice property and well equipped for all our needs. Great location just around the corner from the center and all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Away from the main village, but easily accessible by foot. Lovely large rooms. High standard of fixtures n fittings.

Very bad communication from cottages .com ,only got key collection info on day of arrival and only then after i chased it.no option to change booking despite current climate in the country .
