In the heart of Palermo, in the middle of ancient squares and colored roofs of history comes a new apartment.

PalermiT'amo Apartment, located at the second floor without lift, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, they are very bright and equipped: bed linen, bathroom towels, hairdryer, air conditioning and heating.
Guests have access to a living room where they can relax during any time of day and a roof terrace where they can have their meals during good seasons. Remember that you can cook and prepare meals.
In the kitchen you find a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave oven, a oven and an induction hob, juicer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
Free WI-FI access in each room and in every part of the apartment: to be always connected and able to work, communicate or play.
PalermiT'amo Apartment is located in Palermo in Piazza Teatro Santa Cecilia, at number 7, next to the pub Old School. We are 5/10 minute walk from Piazza Marina and the Vucciria, one of the most authentic place of the Historical Center, known for its craft shops and popular meeting point evening with its many aperitif bar, restaurants and pizzerias. Worth visiting are also our characteristic markets of Ballarò and Capo, to experience the true Palermo.
Walking through the historic streets, you'll arrive at the Cathedral passing through Piazza Bellini and Piazza Pretoria.
Within walking distance are the Norman Palace, the Palatine Chapel and St. John of the Hermits.
Teatro Massimo and Teatro Politeama are only 20 minutes walk, walking in Via Roma and Via Ruggero Settimo, real centers of the shopping.
PalermiT'amo Apartment is just behind the famous Palazzo Valguarnera-Gangi, known for the set of the film Il Gattopardo, and the Gallery of Modern Art. The famous Antica Focacceria San Francesco is within walking distance where you can find and enjoy all our street food.
The Central Station is about 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes if you prefer the bus or taxi.
From here you can take the buses to reach Monreale and its wonderful Cathedral, and to reach the beach of Mondello.

Giovanni’s place was amazing. He supplied us with all the essentials when we arrived. Milk, bread, eggs, juice….and much more.
His place is very centrally located and easily accessible to the markets, train station, Quattro Canti, and the marina.
We bought supplies from the market and cooked a fabulous meal to sit and eat out on the patio.
Lots of room for 6 adults!!!
Just a note: if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator and you must climb to the 3rd floor.
It can also be quite loud from the restaurants below in the evenings, the windows do block out most of the ambient noise when closed. Ear plugs are a recommended.
I still give this location a 5 star rating!!!

The property met all our expectations and Giovanni was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this for your stay. The local piazza below our villa got a little noisy at night but the location was great and 10 minutes to everything. We fully enjoyed it.
