Fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are massive, especially for European standards. Great air conditioning and centrally located location.
The front desk attendant was extremely nice and very helpful. She told us of a bus to the airport, which saved us a lot of money.

Two seniors travelling independently in Sicily, stayed here for 7 days. Great accommodations - spotlessly clean, safe, secure, centrally located, walking distance to trains, buses, great restaurants, and all Centro historical sites - good breakfast available. Staff were excellent.

This was an excellent stay. Martina was so communicative and helpful at all times. Even when I had to teach her in evenings. Giuseppe was also a great help when my husband left his eye drops medication. Willing to ship next day. The room was spacious and very clean. In a busy street but soundproof windows with shutters. In the middle of everything going on in Palermo. I would recommend this hotel 1000%
